The Sanctuary in Steamboat Update, Sept 09

The Sanctuary, one of Steamboat’s most desired luxury neighborhoods, has seen a surge in buyer activity this month.
A luxury home on Golf View Way sold last week. It was originally listed at $1,950,000, was reduced to $1,899,000 and closed at $1,600,000. It was a cash sale, and in this market, cash buyers are generally seeing more negotiating room.
Two other homes are currently under contract. The interesting thing is that all three of the pending/sold homes went under contract in September, 2009. Prior to that, it had been a year since the last sale. As prices come down and the economy stabilizes, we’re seeing more Steamboat buyers re-enter the luxury market.
The Sanctuary has golfing, walking paths, National Forest access, and is minutes away from skiing, shopping, or downtown Steamboat.

I do enjoy the manner in which you have presented this particular issue plus it does provide me some fodder for consideration. On the other hand, coming from everything that I have seen, I basically trust as other commentary pack on that individuals remain on point and don’t start on a soap box associated with some other news du jour. Still, thank you for this excellent point and even though I can not necessarily agree with it in totality, I value your point of view.
I was wondering if you ever considered changing the page layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
With havin so much written content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement? My blog has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my permission. Do you know any ways to help stop content from being ripped off? I’d definitely appreciate it.
