Strawberry Park
Strawberry Park is a neighborhood north of Steamboat Springs which includes Strawberry Park, Strawberry Farms, Soda Creek Highlands, and the homes on Buffalo Pass. It’s a beautiful area with large homesites and amazing views. Strawberry Park got its name from the strawberries that were grown when Steamboat was first settled. The area is also home to Lowell Whiteman School and Strawberry Park Hot Springs.

As you drive on RCR 36, you’ll see luxury equestrian estates with horses grazing in the fields. Soda Creek Highlands has impressive views of Steamboat Springs and has access to the national forest for hiking and snowshoeing. Turn on RCR 38 toward Buffalo Pass to see a diverse assortment of homes with breathtaking views of the valley border the Routt national forest.
