Sidney Peak also has 1200 conserved acres of open space and trails and a large equestrian center that’s considered one of the best in Routt County. Sidney Peak has paved roads, a private water system and low property taxes due to the agricultural status of the ranch.
Sidney Peak is only 12 miles to Steamboat and even closer to the Steamboat ski area. Homesites have incredible panoramic views of the mountains and valleys near Steamboat. For horse lovers, Sidney Peak has a large equestrian center with arenas and round pen and miles of trails.
Like most of Steamboat’s shared ranches, Sidney Peak has a bunk house available to owners and their guests. Owners can enjoy Sidney Peak while their residence is being built or use it for extra visitors when you need more room for guests.
